You are getting mean in your old age, aren't you? I thought your usual guy only charged you a bit over £100, and then never bothered to ask you for payment, so why do it yourself?
Mind you, you can practice on yours and then we could do mine properly in the summer /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Can't join in the fun this weekend as in Munich, but wishing you the best of luck, and hope there's not too many nuts and bolts left over...........
What a shame you're not around. I was looking for a young, handsome, strong man to give me a hand and wondered if you knew anyone.... /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
Should be there tomorrow - probably gouging expensive gouges in my cockpit floor or, if all goes well, producing a supersmooth raw teak finish. Where is Nirvana at the moment - Are you in the bit of the south carpark on the Spinnaker side of the lavs?
The boat is in the old Peters 'ship' yard. Bloody gravel everywhere. I intend to get new covers this season but holding off till it's back in the water as I don't fancy anyone measuring up with gravel laden boots.
I'll try and takes some stills of the farcical and will try and get a webcam for the relaunch. That's when I'll know if I did it right or not. Could be interesting..
Ah good... a step by step guide with pictures and tools used please.
Don't forget to degause the props before you put them back on or they will attract all the iron particals in the water and make the stainless turn to jelly..... just a tip...
