WOW - I think that those are the most incredible pictures I have seen for some time. Did the weight of the ice sink those boats or was there a prior storm that damaged them? Or don't you know? The .de domain designates the origins of the site as Germany - but where? Of course the .de needn't mean that this location is German at all.

I'd love to know more!

It's Geneva during the ice storm there some weeks ago. Quite a few links to pics posted here and on scuttlebutt at the time. swmbo grew up there, so recieved links to pics there at the time.
