New notice this afternoon from the London Array Wind Farm. For 8 days (subject to weather) from 19th May, a jack up Vessel will be working on three turbines doing some heavy lifting. Two of the three turbines line Foulger's Gat and as the jack up vessel will have a 500m restricted zone, part of which will occupy part of the Gat. At the moment there is no information about other associated vessels. I would suggest anyone planning to use Foulger's in that period should ring the coordinators prior to departure.
The notice is added to the Local Authority List on: Notices to Mariners. It includes a chartlet and lat/long and designation of the turbines affected.
