What boat would you choose ? And what criteria would you apply?

For me :

A good sailing boat ( I originally wrote sailor but this might be misinterpreted) - as large as I could handle without a crew and still able to get into the smaller harbours.
Comfort
And weather protection - does anybody really enjoy night watches sitting in rain?
What happened to the good old dog house?

With most of the extra's. Not to sure about a few things though, like the centre cockpit so would need some serious trying out on the water first.

Although to be honest, if money is really no object then it's got to be a custom build.

I have a Najad 373 which is very comfortable and which sails like a dream. I might swap it for a 400 if I could afford it but am not sure that I would.

Mine is the 373 .. I've lusted after a Najad for years but SWMBO wants to keep the house! . I do like the armchair on the Najad 40(?) however impractical it makes the seaberth ...

I have a Bowman 40. If money was plentiful I'd spent 20 grand on giving her a thorough facelift. Shes the best boat for cruising with just two of us onboard that I have ever found.
