Identify this log paddlewheel

Hello hive,
Can anyone identify this make/model of through-hull log paddlewheel? I suspect it's old and discontinued, but might be helpful to know before I embark on finding a replacement. Thanks in advance.

I don't know the model or who made it but it looks like one commonly supplied by Mariner Electronics in the 1970's If so, somewhere on the circumference of the black ring there will be a nylon locking screw and, on the lower body, two O rings fairly close together (not quite shown) followed by the lower one shown in the photo.

I believe it is a Stowe paddlewheel. I recognise it from previous boat and checked image on google.

Stowe. It's the same as installed on my boat. Mid '70s vintage.
