My International Certificate of Competence Coastal Skipper expired April last year ? I thought it was valid forever. How do i renew it ? Do i have to take test again ? Can I cruise French Coast and Channel Islands without it ?

Would contacting the RYA be of any help. They issue them, so maybe.........

So had mine, spoke to RYA at LBS and they sent me another one, no problem. Its another laminated sheet this time round.
