Iberian Frorum?

Aka The Thames Forum, The Bristol Channel Forum and the East Coast Meeting Forum would it be useful to have an Iberian Forum?

Well, I requested the East Coast meeting forum for the purpose of organising a forum gathering in Oostende 2005. It grew from there.
Perhaps something similar to get it kick started? I think you ought to demoinstrate a need, and why is it necessary when you have a great liveaboard forum here?
