It seems a bit ironic that it's the bale of straw reducing the head room - but who can say that the PLA aren't bang up to date with their equipment!
I wondered what all those bales of straw meant ......!

Perhaps there are a lot of bales of straw in London, after all freemen of the City of London need to use it for bedding their sheep after walking them over the bridges.
