....No, not mine. ( I ran out of deck space to store the 70 45 gallon drums of diesel /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif )

This one, the big red white and blue one

and at the request of a fellow forumite I duly post the obligatory wake shot

Not very impressive for 24 knots on such a big boat. I reckon my P40 makes a more of an impression.

( However SWMBO did point out that at 5.oo a.m. one morning that the wake was absent. We had stopped in mid Atlantic. Rope round the prop? Runout of diesel?. No. It was a "warning light" on one of the engines. They had to stop the boat and re-start. Sound like someone pulled the 13 amp plug out of the socket. Re-boot the system and we were off again.)

Magic trip.

Where is everybody? Or was this a rather expensive personal charter? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I imagine they were filling their cake holes in the restaurants and bars. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

The QE2 left dock about 10 minutes after us and followed us down Southampton Water.
I'm sure it was going forwards. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif Mind you, there was a fire tug alogside spraying water everywhere, so perhaps they were hoping someone might hit the reverse button for a bit of a laugh!!

It was SWMBO's birthday present to me.

I wondered why we were the only people on board. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
