I was sailing ( i use the word loosely ) up the Stour & spied one on the backstay of a yacht going down river, they are certainly distinctive
That was us in the Stour yesterday - first outing in the new to us Jeanneau (apart from motor sailing it back from Chatham) and first time flying the burgee!
There's a couple to be seen in Burnham Yacht Harbour right now (both of them are ours but we've given our spare to Pleinair cos he hasn't got his yet)
+ mine makes 3. "Selkie" dressed proudly.
Will Yachting Monthly put a picture of the burgee in the next magazine?
.
Not if we slap a gagging order on them
Everywhere now...

Nice one Tim
That's a very pretty boat.![]()
A fine East Coast designer too, they designed some very good yachts :encouragement:
Even James bond uses an East Coast boat

Designed and built in Ipswich?
Those are without doubt some of the most beautiful boats I've ever seen afloat.
Ocasionally see one out on the Orwell on its commissioning trails. Always overcome with envy.
Roll on that Euromillions jackpot.
