I've just bought iSailor, having tried the free chart of the Bahamas. I have to say I'm distinctly unimpressed. With the Solent area zoomed out so that the western Solent fills the screen ( an area about ten miles long ) there is almost no detail at all. Not much use to me. Worse, the web site proclaims that the charts were updated in June 2015, but the rather solid, though still under construction, new Cowes breakwater isn't shown. There's a vague note about "works" in the area. That's a rather large oversight which doesn't fill me with confidence in their vigilance.

Yes, we use iSailor for passage planning and really like the functionality, not used as a chart plotter on route, but only because I have an existing unit in the cockpit. As for other Apps we use Tides Planner 10 for tides & currents and GRIB for weather & wave height etc.

iSailor have 50% off most of their charts from now until 15 September.
I use the east coast of Australia charts from Sydney to Tasmania and find them Ok. Tidal flows around Australia don't seem to be available though.
