i-phone navionics appp - downloading again

A great application - but my phone took a swim at Lymington Town Quay back in June. Originally downloaded onto our ibook from app store and then on to phone. Cannot now download from the lap top to the new i phone (everything else is 'synched'). Any suggestions how to download again without having to buy another one from Navionics. Is this possible? Or would it be sensible to learn the lesson and not download at all.

If you log in using the same iTunes account that you used when you originally bought it, it should let you download again without paying again

If that fails then you may want to 'jailbreak' your phone. It does have its pitfalls, however.

If you're trying to do it at the moment, you won't have much luck. Navionics broke their update and are waiting to get Apple approval for the non broken one.
Upshot of this is, you can't download it at the moment, when they've updated it correctly, you should just be able to download again from iTunes
