Got a quote at SIBS and then had approval subject to evidence of income within two days.

Good rates and do some flexible deals like ballon payments etc.

open a zero rate credit card.
i borrowed £8k for 2 yrs when i re-engine`d put cash in preimum bonds won £200 . win-win, eh now paid back as i got fed-up with changing lenders every 6 > 9 months, still have the bonds, might even win again!.

Thanks for the advice, I needed a very short term loan / mortgage for re-payment within 12 months, lump sum on the way, a very nice chap told me how to arrange it, with the loss of his own comission, so I thought it would be OK to mention him in dispatches. SImon Gray, Asset 91 Finance Brokers. Is that consistent with forum policy? Too late anyway, unless it gets pulled.
