The little white hulled boat at Deadmans Bay in Ipswich Dock. I knew the owner, Skipper Bunn who was getting very ancient even then about 50 years ago. I remember a truck on the dock jumped the rails once and landed upon it. Fortunately the damage was very slight and the boat was moved here after repair. Skipper Bunn told me the boat was involved in the Dunkirk evacuation but I have forgotten an important part of the story and of course Skipper Bunn and the boat are long gone. Does anyone remember anything about this boat whose name I have also forgotten?
