Moored in Newtown Creek last week. Something about her classic lines yet modern and sensible set up spoke to me.
Only problem was I never caught her name...
The lovely Dutch couple aboard said she was a Dutch built "G...". Alas I instantly forgot, but I'm sure it began with a "G".
Can any of you assist? What is she? Where might I find her and make her mine forever?
Thanks very much

Breehorn and Victoire had the same designer. As you say, good boats, both. I have been a guest on board each at various times.

I was invited aboard a Breehorn in Peterhead two years ago (in fact, two years to the day!!).
Beautiful both outside and inside, and yes, I think the one in the photo above is of that class/build.

When I complimented the owner on his prized possession, he replied with gratitude and confirmed he was the either the designer or the builder (or both) . My less than perfect memory has let me down again :(

Breehorns are lovely, but they may not be perfect. We were friends with a delightful Dutch couple many years ago. They had had a problem with the rudder or rudder stock and were involved with a legal case against the builders. Nevertheless, they were very proud of their boat.
