E's gorn! HWMO has seen a weather window and run orf wiv me boat! And wivout me! Both of them wanted, dead or alive. They'll be slouching around Harty Ferry tonight, keep yer eyes peeled...

Well, I've been unable to get extra time off from this Axis of Evil invention work, so Andrew's decided to get going single handed today from Medway round to Ramsgate where I'm hoping to join him tomorrow evening. My heart's in my mouth for him - his first single handed experience - but I'm sure he'll be fine. He will be fine, won't he..? The last text message I got from him was "BOTH sails up now!" Then hopefully Dover on Friday, etc. and etc. and aythengaw. We'll get to Chichester yet, by God...

Last time HWMBO did that, from Harty, he failed to find Margate Sands buoys in the fog and had to come back again ! Hope you're luckier !
