Hurth HBW-15 RV (old type)

Hi all:

I have some problems with my gearbox, an old unit of Huth, HBW 15RV 2.8, 947.20 with round cases(the new HBW 150V have different square cases).

Well, I would like to obtain a workshop manual (I could find the new type, thanks to a member of this forum on another post).Where Can I find it?

Anybody has info about the reduction ratio on B position (I assume A: 2,8:1), if it possible get on continuous running in B position, and where to find seals and overhaul kits?.

This gearbox was with a Watermota SeaPanther 25hp, in my boat, a Nic 35, and now, we a trying to change it with a Ford XLD.

Contact ZF Hurth (adi.licence@zf-group.co.uk) they sent me a workshop manual for my HBW 15R. However spares for this box are like gold dust.

ASAP (store-orders@asap-supplies.com) were able to quote for some spare parts, however some part are no longer available. ZF Hurth kindly produced a list of what was and wasn't available.
