im thinking about buying one and have started looking at different ones, so anybody got or had one what do you think of them and any tips for me, also what do you think is a good price as prices vary wildly, if anyone is selling one let me know

we were happy owners of "Rumdoodle" a hunter 272 for a couple of seasons and looked at 10+ before doing the deal- huge range of basic condition so worth looking at several to get a good idea of what a better one looks like before being too tempted,

we were keen to have the inboard and enjoyed having the scooper and spinnaker (all added to the fun) - Hunters themselves quite helpful in clarifying the differences between the 272/3 - significant price variations for boats of similar ages - inevitably some owners had more optimistic ideas of their boats values than others,

sound solid designs and we enjoyed her but children grow quicker than boat however much we watered her!
