Hull Marina help

Hi all,

I have just bought a Colvic Watson 28.6ft birthed at the Hull Marina. I was wanting to say hi to any others that might be in the Marina and to ask fo any help with getting about. First off as I am both new to Hull And the colvic watson I was wanting to hire an experienced sailor to Manoeuvre the boat out of the mooring and reverse it back in. The boat is fully insured but being my first time with this boat I would prefer an experienced persons help cheers

Unfortunately I do not know anyone moored at hull marina but hopefully can help on advice for anything else.

Could the seller not help you just to turn the boat around or someone in the marina as normally other berth holders are a friendly lot and you surely do not need to pay anyone for about 1/2hr of their time

Also have you asked anyone on the Colvic Watson Facebook site we are a friendly lot and someone may live close by Colvic Watson's (and other Colvic Motorsailer's)

his boat Alma is based in the Marina

I had my first boat at Hull marina. Offer some beer tokens to the lock keepers. They didn't used to be a bad bunch
