How would you remove this paint

As per title looks like previous owner has painted over clear panel - it now comes off in small bits but I would like to get it all off. (It's the cockpit canopy and viewed from inside)

If you dont intend to repaint it it wouldnt cost a lot to replace the panel .

You might be able to get it off with a pressure washer (but make sure you don't damage the stitching) but, beyond that, Clyst has given you the answer. It's probably not worth wasting time on it.

Try some caustic soda solution on it. Or a caustic soda based paint stripper

I'd think so but I don't know the material of the windows. Should be OK on PVC

It's going to be far more satisfactory to get the panel replaced. Not as dear as you may fear. There are a couple of grades of clear plastic. One is much cheaper.

If you are going to replace the window, don't cut it out until the new one has been sewn in.

Try doing what I do when I remove antifouling. Wipe it with Acetone and immediatly scrape it and immediatly wipe it clean with kitchen roll. But try a corner first.
