How to wake up for your watch, alarm clocks etc.

One of these! If you're single handed anyway, technically off watch crew. Otherwise will wake anyone on the boat or a boat anywhere near :)

I use a Garmin Vivosmart HR for tracking steps, it’s vibrating alarm does a good job of waking me without waking the whole ship.

Remember, when it comes to watch changeovers if you’re on time you’re late.
 
Electric shock bracelets, programmable for each member of the crew. (with locking straps that only the skipper can release, of course)
 
See my reply in post no 2. Fifteen mins early is good. A late relief is a hateful thing and REALLY annoying when all you want to do is get your head down.

Top tip. Change the ships clock by fifteen minutes and tell everyone but the regular offender. He will then always appear on time but be the one left to complain about late reliefs.
