How to rig a 12 foot Heron sailboat

Unfortunately my old heron became too overrun with rot and she passed away a few years ago.
I still have most of the fittings, sails (new- well they were a few years ago and havn't been used since), rudder, tiller, dagger board etc, etc so if Biphasic ever returns and needs a few odds and ends he could end up not only getting helpful advice from this site, but a few spares for his troubles as well.

Yup!! chap has either jacked it in or second boat is a 45ft Beneteau because his wife felt she wanted a bit more space ( & a fridge & a shower & extra heads & & well you know the rest !! )

BrownFalcon, welcome to this forum, with a perfectly reasonable and polite question. It rather often happens however that people move on or lose photographs etc after some years, so what you might have been better doing was starting a new thread asking for help in rigging your Heron. But you weren't necessarily to know that.

I have a Heron, sadly under its winter cover at the moment and not immediately to hand, and will happily take some photos of it next weekend and post those if you are still looking by then.
