How to read pbo in iOS 9 without newsstand.

Upgraded my iPad to iOS 9 and newsstand has gone, with it my library of pbo issues.
Anyone else had a similar problem and Ho do you now download and read the digital editions?

I downloaded it from the Appstore I believe. You now get an app labeled PBO (same with all magazines I think) and you can read it through that. Seems a step backwards to me but there we go.

If its not in the appstore then its iTunes store, one of the two.

Newsstand is on my iPad running iOS 9.2.
