I have a strong desire to build a classical yacht by myself, but I cant find normal drafts...Length of the yacht should be till 9 metres...Help who can... pls...I beg)

Just a couple of thoughts.
I got a lovely book by Harrison Butler out of our local library once - here is a link to it on Amazon - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-li...?ie=UTF8&qid=1255290500&sr=1-4&condition=used
Lots of info re classic boat design and lines plans (I think that is what you mean by drafts?).

Another classic is Boatbuilding by Howard Chapelle - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Boat-Buildi...r_1_10?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1255291312&sr=1-10 , again with some nice lines plans within.

Also "Yacht Designing and Planning" by Howard Chappelle

There is such a wide variety of craft to choose from, so I recommend that you study everything that you can find on different yachts so that you can work out which one appeals to you. The American WoodenBoat magazine have a wonderful plans service, and publish books of designs for you to select from. Learn as much as you can about the various designers and what kind of boat each specialises in. When you have found one that you can fall in love with, study the seconhand yacht market, for it will be a lot cheaper and faster to buy one than to build one. The ten years or so that you would spend building a yacht could be better spent sailing one.
Peter.
