Make sure you are sitting down when you get the quote! Had one 2 years ago for a 37ft by sea to Athens - about £13k. Would think anything all the way to Turkey would be much more. Road would also be expensive because of the limited routes for that size and the permits required. One common way is road to Slovenia then sea down the Adriatic and through the Corinth Canal. Nice holiday!
