How much to step mast and launch 35 ft boat.?

I shall put our mast up with out charge to my self tomorrow and launch for the sum of £21.
As long as I get there before the tide goes right out.

But then she is only a 26' MAB.

MDL at Shamrock Quay, Southampton charged me £230 for a lift & £61 for a scrub (4 mins thanks to copper bottom) and want another £200 for launching. I dread to think what they'd charge for mast stepping on my keel-stepped Nic 35!
