My first thought is to ask my UK supplier if he will deliver to Spain.
Like you, to date, I've been taking it out myself in our trailer.
I could still do that but oil in that quantity is very likely to draw attention and be taxed - it may even be a prohibited item.
So, instead of paying UK VAT and then potentially paying Spanish IVA as well if I take it myself, it makes sense to source it locally.
As I say, I think we have cracked the local supply of batteries - a good oil (Rimula) supplier or method of supply from the UK would be good.
I've set a camera up in my cockpit so that I can see when these deliveries arrive.

I will probably still source the filters etc in the UK - thanks to posts on this forum, I found Inline Filters who have very good prices for exactly the same parts as the engine manufacturers.
They are cheap enough to even pay VAT twice!!!
 
Chandlery shops on the marina should be able to get it .
The two in Loano regularly have dels of oil .They don’t necessarily stock it but if you use them they will give you a discounted rrp price .
Speaking of border movements I have been stung here in CH .
Went online found the correct MAN spec etc Mannol oil but did not catch it was from Germany .
Something stupid like €50 for 20 L m needed three of those to get near 65 or so required .The rest I had on the boat .
So with filters thought smugly under €200 all in for a change .
No rush a few days passed then an email from the carrier DHL wanting €80 for the import tax from the EU into CH .
Then some other €20 bill ? Think for each tub - ouch .
Anyhow when totted up + the added hassle + the delay in them getting there € before del I thought never again .
The local CH agri shop has tubs of oil in 20 L format various common manufacturers spec .
But lugging 3 x 20 L into Italy I do not want a deja vu if stopped @ border .

So for what it may cost next season I am gonna go through the chandlery .One of which guardians my boat anyhow , cleans it monthly and runs it to the ship yard and berth when its time for its annual .

Similarly I tried last year to mail order a pair of 180 Ah domestic batts from an Italian supplier not far away in Genoa to Loano .
45 Kg each .Strikes , public holidays , marina office closed for training etc etc .In the end after A month of BS excuses got a refund .
Then casually 5 pm one day last Sept with the season drawing to a close asked my guy .
” wait here 10 mins “ he said .
He returned with a right spec with muscles from Brussels guy and dived into the ER with his mate and fitted them .
Remember 45 kg apiece .
The bill was a “ pop round to the shop later “
Any how it was about €100 more than my mail order attempt.- fitted and old taken away .

Money well worth it .
Use them or loose them .

I'm afraid it isn't that simple.
I want branded products that I can trust.
And I don't want to pat swindlery prices.
The battery contact that I now have, provided excellent delivery and prices - better that I can get in the UK so that answers that issue.
I now need to find Shell Rimlua oil from a local Spanish supplier or ship it from the UK
I don't want ANY OLD rubbish oil.
Been there done that on our old boat - a quality oil is worthwhile in our engines.
For example the Volvo oil foams - cheap rubbish that they push through their supply chains.
