How much does this battery cost in the UK?

I'm having an argument with a dealer in Croatia about the price he's charging me for fitting new domestic batteries. He's just installed 4no Fiamm Solar 180Ah batteries and he wants to charge me €348 per battery + VAT + fitting. Is this a fair price or not? It seems very high to me

Seems expensive - I have just had a new battery fitted that cost me £150.

I paid £475 for two Varta 180Ah batteries last year, including UK VAT. Delivery was extra.

Had a Google around and found a price of €304 but couldn't work out which country the dealer was in as their 'about us' link didn't work. But the price isn't that far off yours. Guess you just bought the best batteries available!

Batteries are hugely expensive outside UK. I have just paid 110 euros for a standard 95 AH Bosch starter battery in Corfu.
