I expect to be undertaking the enjoyable task of antifouling my pride and joy for the first time during the next couple of weeks. As there was Copperbot on the hull when I bought her I am not quite sure of the quantity of antifouling I should be buying. She is a 27 footer and I was considering using Cruiser Uno from International. It states on their website that only one coat is required but doesn't actually state whether it is compatible with copperbot and/or whether or not a primer should be used. Any advice much appreciated.

Why would you want to anti-foul copperbot, is it not working correctly?
Copperbot is a long term solution to anti-fouling and should not need painting with anti-foul.
It is my understanding that all it needs is reburnishing occasionaly.

Check out http://www.wessex-resins.com/CopperBot/
Plenty of info on this site. As far as I'm aware you can't anti foul on top of copperbot it has to be removed (probably by sand blasting)
If you do decide to remove and anti foul you will have to prime then because its first time use you will have to apply two coats of cruiser uno I have just used uno on a 26 footer with a fin keel, a 2.5 litre tin easily gave two coats and about a quarter left in the tin when applied with a mohair roller
