Anyone got an F43 with the third cabin option? Its one of the things that first attracted me to the boat but very fw of them have this option. Was it very expensive when new or just not that practicle.
Do you need a third cabin? I think the dinette converts to a double bed, so if you fit a privacy curtain across, then it's not so different to having a seperate cabin.
We found the dinnette more practical than a 3rd cabin. I guess it depends on how much of a pain you find it to drop the table and draw the curtain across.... I think there were very few made with the 3rd cabin.
There's already a privacy curtain installed to the dinette. We've always found it easier to use the saloon for any additional accommodation. Once you get more than 6 people staying overnight, it gets a bit busy!
