How many anchors

A recent forum member was trying to borrow a anchor. Is iti the norm to only have one anchor?.
How many do you carry and what type?
On Dawn Star I have three. A 35lb CQR a 35lb Delta and a 50 lb folding fisherman.
Not over kill if you cruise as on a few occasions I have needed ro deploy the CQR and the fisherman.

Anchors

Personally I think 2 good ones and a light weight lunchtime anchor is about right.I wouldnt like to cruise with just one, if it gets fouled and you have to slip it you would have nothing left.

one folding dinghy grapnel
one 25lb lead sash weight (for drudging)
