How long do I remain boatless ?

I sold my boat in November 20. I actually have not missed it much especially as it was not a great summer. Bought a motor home and spend most of my time in it by the sea ?.

I found boating in 2021 was much closer to a pre covid year while 2020 had been terrible .

By luck picked some very good weather weeks in 2021 . Little opportunity for eating out which saved expense.
No doubt poor weather is less of a worry with a motorhome.

Force 4 headwind does hit the fuel consumption to approx 20 mpg in motorhome! but berthing is cheaper.

Buy yourself a Honwave T38IE Sib and a small 15 hp 2 Stroke, plus accessories Total cost £3 - £4,000 you will have huge fun

its been five years since we sold ours Trevor.
Bought a large motorhome straight away and started a couple of big projects which are now coming to an end.
Started looking again, but can't see anything we like at the price we want to spend, so may just flip the cash over into another property project and keep motorhoming for the timebeing.

I wont buy a boat during the pandemic so it looks like i will never own a boat

Id be better off investing in pharmaceutical companies instead

It’s catching Trevor.. we have put Vamoose on the market. We are not getting the time on the boat any more thanks to kids activities and work. We will keep enjoying the Spanish boat and will see how much we miss the UK waters.
