At a guess not very fast. Probably entirely dependent on no. of folk on board, kit & wind & waves & thus academic. (unless of course your pic shows a balsa racing cat. or something !)

My 21 foot Antares does a nifty 3-5 knots at full chat with a Suzuki 8hp on the back, depending on tide.

My 2.4m rubber duck will plane with a 5hp, provided I move forward a bit. But the oars use a lot less fuel & are much lighter & easier to store.
