There is boat breakers in portsmouth. Could be a costly affair?
If it's a small boat then chop it up into 1ft square bits, bag it and find a site that accepts that sort of waste.
Sell it on ebay even for just £1 to get rid of it ?

If you sell it for a quid, I’d suggest making sure you get some decent paperwork. Not unheard of for £1 boats to be stripped of anything worth having and then dumped. It would be handy to prove you weren’t the one that dumped it.
