How do you get photos on your post

Just how do you get to put your photo on the start of your posts

If you meen putting a pic on your profile then go into "user options" then "personal information" then scroll down to "avtar"

If you meen putting a pic on the post itself then click "Image" in instant markup and enter web address of pic (it has to be on the net somewere ie photobucet etc)
