And I mean doors, floors, cabinets...everything inside the boat.
I just use a wet (with fresh water) sponge and then dry it with a small towel. Can I use anything else?
Thanks

Damp cloth, wipe dry then furniture polish, staining, oiling or waxing depending on the type of wood and how it has been previously treated. My interior has teak and mahogany that has been varnished so just a wipe down will do the job.

I always use "Eeze Orange" wood cleaner and polish obtainable from the Kleenezee people. Do it every Spring, takes about an hour to do the interior of a 29 ft. boat and leaves a lovely shine. I also do the washboards and tiller. Uses about 50 p. worth or maybe less as SWMBO uses the same stuff for our wooden furniture at home. Can't recommend it too highly. I have no connection with the Company.

Any decent yacht crew will tell you that the only way
to clean varnished wood is with vinegar and water.
Cheap, easy and it works; no need to get fancy.
And please avoid any silicone polish if you want to revarnish.
Cheers,
Chris

I often use one of those anti-bac trigger sprays like dettox, particularly near the galley.
