How do you buy things from Kayospruce, if you're not a trade customer?

In previous years, Kayospruce products showed their prices. Now, there are no visible prices, and it's necessary to 'login to order'...but it isn't possible to log in without an account, and they only offer accounts to trade customers.

I've edited my original post here because since feeling totally baffled yesterday, I have now succeeded in making payment by BACS, using the emailed proforma supplied by the sales staff there. It's informal but entirely effective. :)

Not lately, but previously and no hitches at all. No trade acct, just ordered and paid and that was from here. £200 odd of sailcloth and bits.

Wow, I hadn't thought of the trade discount! Good idea, thank you.

Actually I think I'd like to close this thread, because the nice lady I discussed it with yesterday has now replied and I don't foresee any further delay.

I'd really like to have visited Kayospruce's premises when I pick the item up, although under the present restrictions I suppose I must ask that it be posted to me.

?

I bought some stuff from the sales counter at Segensworth. The guys there were very keen to also sell me some offcuts they had.

Worth visiting if you can.

I needed some acrylic canvas to modify a winter cover and managed to get a large offcut that had a minor defect at a very low price.

The people there are very helpful.

Thanks for these comments. I regret being unable to run that far and call it exercise! I'll visit when we're freer, later in the year.

For the record:
I have received ample, assiduous responses from Kayospruce since yesterday, and I've successfully made the purchase.
