How do you access digital YM magazines

So I got drawn in by Black Fridays subscription deal and decided to go for an iPad digital pack! Well I've paid and that was the easy bit, I've even had an email telling me what my subscription number is. I've downloaded the latest app signed in as I had an account already from a postal subscription in 2016, and........ nothing im just asked if I want t buy a magazine. So I've gone into the my magazine portal and signed in and it has a very complete record of my, now cancelled, old subscription but no sign of the new one. I emailed back to the confirmation email, and got a reply to say they don't receive emails to that address, I've filled out a form asking for help....and nothing, so far.....

Hopefully a moderator will read this and organise some help, but in the meantime if anyone else can help I would be grateful......
 
Personally I use my library's (free) digital service! The app for android is called RB Digital and all I needed was my library card to download each month's YM. Check out whether your library offers it and save the cost of a subscription (sorry, YM!)
 
I use the Readly app. Cost a few squids a month for access to lots of magazines, including PBO and YM.

On the OPs problem, you say you logged in using your old subscription details. That led you to your old details. Try logging out again and using your new subscription number to log in with, that might resolve the problem.
 
If you're describing Zinio, best of luck. I had a subscription through them and basically just gave up trying to make sense of what I was having to do to read my magazine. Just how many times is worth signing in only to go back to where you started?
