So I got drawn in by Black Fridays subscription deal and decided to go for an iPad digital pack! Well I've paid and that was the easy bit, I've even had an email telling me what my subscription number is. I've downloaded the latest app signed in as I had an account already from a postal subscription in 2016, and........ nothing im just asked if I want t buy a magazine. So I've gone into the my magazine portal and signed in and it has a very complete record of my, now cancelled, old subscription but no sign of the new one. I emailed back to the confirmation email, and got a reply to say they don't receive emails to that address, I've filled out a form asking for help....and nothing, so far.....
Hopefully a moderator will read this and organise some help, but in the meantime if anyone else can help I would be grateful......
