How do I take apart a Furlex B Roller Furling Unit

Purchased a used furlex B roller furler and need to take it apart so I can have a new forestay made up and all fitted back together again been offered a custom forestay for £99 so all go there

Oki found the PDF instructions but how does one go about calculating the forestay wire length with the mast already down or accurately enough with it up without going up the mast which I may be able to do tomorrow but after that im away and it will be down before I return

use the old forstay as start
 
use the old forstay as start
more detailed
stretch the old wire out on the ground with all toggles attached.
measure center pin to center pin.
Then adjust length measure to correct for any new toggles and furling drum.
Edit:
if you have a turnbuckle on the stay theat should be marked with its adjustment and taken into the calculation.
