Do you have any connection with Paint.? You are pushing them hard.
I was insured with them for years for the reason you mentioned but recently they hiked my premium althought I never had a laim.
I found much better cover (small print and all) for much less than they wanted looking elsewhere. I think they are changing and losing their reputation for quick and painless settlement.
Recently I have started to hear others talk ill of them where they used to be the best......I know of one boat in Malta that is having a huge disagreement with Pant over a claim and they have not even sent anyone to inspect the boat yet.
