how do I find out what drive unit a boat comes with please

1992 Four Winns 235 vista with a Ford 5.8 v8 351 Windsor omc cobra,

what sterndrive would this use please

any help would be great , I cant find any info on google

it seems to be OMC unit . didn't realise they also did the stern drive . found a Haynes manual for it , but it does not show how to change the gear cable

It would be an OMC originally for sure. If it still has it…just keep an eye on it. Some last…some don’t at all. They shared a few parts with earlier VP outdrives at one point.
