Stingo is a strong ale. Apparently John misheard and thought it meant a strong male.

It's also an anagram of Got Sin.

Sounds like a reasonable sort of bloke.

TK is actually correct though, Stingo is also a strong ale or barley wine from Yorkshire - so a virtual pint of Stingo for TK, please.
