As no one seems to want to reply, here is my twopennies worth.
If you are talking about the meddy or somewhere hot, then not very!
The only colour that does not fade much is white, everything else fades ie Red goes Pink. If I hang a printed shop polly carrier bag outside in the sun, it goes clear, even a bottle of Orange juice does the same.
I think it may depend more on the quality of the material, people out here hang their washing out inside out to stop it fading. good luck!
