How can I get dried Sixaflex off my hands - HELP!!!

I was doing a job yesterday and got some black Sixa and my hands but didn't have any white spirit to clean up. It dried off but nothing seems to get the ingrained stuff off my hands and nails. White spirit and meths have failed. Any ideas that don't involve a potato peeler? Got to get smart by the weekend.

I bought some of these for messy jobs

The finest hand cleaners of all are baby wipes. They will clean just about anything off.

I have no idea whats in them, but they really work. And they leave your hands as smooth as a baby's bottom too!

The Johnson ones are best, but sainsburys look-alike seem to work quote well too.

Another vote for babywipes. The Pampers ones work too!

I found this on a Sikaflex Technical bulletin

Since it is not resistant to alcohol then surely methylated Spirits would remove it and cooking oil would take a bit longer?
WD40 is made up of mineral oils and solvents so it wouldn't be surprising it could remove Sikaflex

"Chemical Resistance
Sikaflex®-291is resistant to fresh water, seawater, lime water,
Sewage effluent, diluted acids and caustic solutions; temporarily resistant to fuels, mineral oils, vegetable and animal fats and oils; not resistant to organic acids, alcohol, concentrated mineral acids and caustic solutions or solvents.

The above information is offered for general guidance only. Advice on specific applications will be given on request. Contact the Technical Service Department of Sika Industry"

Thanks Nick. We are going with the Full Circles so pink Marigolds it is. I'll take some WD40 in case any of the males need checking out.

Roger, make sure they are the large ones.

However, a better cure for your original issue is to volunteer to make home made bread using the manual kneading technique. By the time you have finished, you will wonder what the problem was in the first place, and white underfinger will replace the black.
Simple, but don't let Mrs S into the plot, she may have some, ermm, objections based on hygiene fallacies.

Christmas pudding mix will also do.
