Thanks. I have removed the old one. On the Virgo Voyager, the frame is screwed (with self-tappers) to a slightly raised (about 1cm above the deck level) solid fibreglass/gelcoat lip. I think that, even if the new holes don't line up precisely, it shouldn't be too difficult to fill and redrill pilots for the new self-tappers. New Houdini now ordered, so time will tell!
