36.9°C Jan 28th, but that's pretty normal here in the tropics, it also rained almost every day for 8 weeks, but not that horrible cold and windy stuff. Most of it fell overnight and was warm.

God punishes those who live down south-it was snowing up here in NW Scotland two weeks ago-today hardly a cloud in the sky-mid 20s-shorts and T shirts-hehe!

This weekend has been fab. Only one partly screwed up marina mooring but rescued by friendly folk and then saw some shocking berthing later - including a training boat with a proper skipper - so all great fun, no one died.
NE in the solent makes it a bit more varied.

Remains shorts and T shirts up here in NW Highlands all be there a bit of a cold breeze.
Spent yesterday afternoon in a very quiet Plockton harbour finishing off my new mooring.Really pleased as at low water top of my concrete block is 8 feet down in very clear water so will be easy to maintain in situ.
I called through the Kyle on my way home and as usual the Inner sound was almost boat free despite deep blue skies and a gentle breeze.
