I do. The Stack pack (mack pack) started to wear & tear after 2 months.
The material is as fragile as paper.

Excellent post.
I can't quite grasp why the material seems to be called, at various times, Sunbrella or Sauleda. AFAIK Sunbrella is an American based company and Sauleda is based in Spain
You say you believe it is Sauleda Masacril 310, I have no experience of this canvas but the company does produce good fabrics and I have used their "Marine Grade" 330 with excellent results.
Your fabric looks very thin and is failing in a way I have seen cheap, blue acrylic stuff degrade. I have found this only good for pattern making.

In the absence of any timely replies to my original post I went ahead and ordered a full stack pack with sunshade attachments. It's arrived in Portugal and I'm travelling back tomorrow. Later in the week I'll be unpacking and fitting the stackpack. The report from Hasaboat is obviously concerning but the deed is done and the money paid. I just hope they've upgraded their fabric and its better than reported.
I'll report back later in the week on what I find. From the delivery/order documents I received it seems the item, although ordered through France, is manufactured in Poland.

Let us know how you get on with it. From the photos on the website it looks a pretty basic design , but the price shown is much the same as I paid for a custom made stackpack from Kemps 3 years ago

Got back to Portugal and picked up the package from Slickhull as they had accepted delivery for me..
All came in a box about 2ft6in square and a foot deep. The battens were coiled up securely inside the box with everything else.
Uncoiling he battens was a bit tricky and the last bit exploded on me like a clock spring. No damage done though.
Fabric seems much as expected and feels and looks decent quality but only time will tell I guess.
Stitching is neat and looks professional. Again, hard to tell exactly what thread is used and only exposure to uv will tell.
Took it to the boat this afternoon and spent a couple of hours installing it. Sizing was pretty much perfect.
The side sunshades are little big but that was down to my measurement. I will probably alter them slightly to fit better but not until I've been out sailing with the stack pack fitted and I can be sure its all fitted correctly and in the right place on the boom.
The zips all connect easily and run well but are not as heavy duty as I expected and had on previous boats. I'll see how they survive over the next couple of years. Being a small boom and sail, they may well be ok.
I've attached some photos of it fitted. I've left the lines long and coiled up so I can adjust them once I've raised the main and been sailing. That way I may stop the sail catching as its raised as is the usual problem. They'll also probably need slackening off a little from their current position once the topping lift isn't supporting the boom and under sail.
Overall, pleased with what I've got for the money but we'll see what the usual wear and tear brings over the winter and next season.

The difference between 310 g/m² and 340 g/m² comes from the manufacturer’s production tolerances and does not affect the durability or performance of the fabric. This variation also appears in the manufacturer’s technical documentation, which is why our website was updated to reflect the most accurate specification available.
In this case, we offered both a full replacement or a refund under our 2-year warranty, and we repeated this offer several times. However, the item was never returned to us for refund or replacement.

The product is not yet even 1 year old. That means it is still in warranty and I still have another year left to return it.
I will send it back to you when i'm ready.
This is yet another example of how you continue to point the blame at your customers.
