Has anyone any experience of claiming on the Honwave 2 year warranty??
Our tender a Honwave 2.7IE is 1.5 years old and the canvas handles that hold the seat in place have perished badly to the point where one started to rip this afternoon when i caught hold of the canvas. It seems to have weathered badly.
The tender is kept outside 6 months of the year and stored at home during the winter.
The warranty is 2 years and the boat was bought Easter last year.
Anyone any similar problems??
