As already suggested, look at Crusader.
Nearly all the big name sailmakers design the sail, have the cutting CAD e-mailed to their Far-Eastern manufacturies and the sail made up there.
Crusader do their own design, cutting and sewing in the UK.
I got a Vectran fully-battened main from them last year which has done about 1450 miles, - more drive than the (larger) far-east main it replaced, far better finishing and nice folk to deal with.
I found that here in Greece, exactly the same system applies but that they usually have an additional sales agent in the chain.
