Can anyone confirm whether the Honfleur lock is back working normally? For some months it was only possible to pass through at high tide / freeflow. Armagnac says work should be complete by "summer 2011"

It was fine when went through a couple of weeks ago. On the hour going in, half hour going out if memory serves correct.
